I start unseen in depths so far, yet end up shining like a star. Cut with care, I catch the light, what am I so hard and bright?

Endless blue cradle where sailors roam, Cradling life beneath my foam. I sing lullabies of whispers and gales, Carrying ships with my timeless tales.

In peace it glides, with wings so pure, a gentle emblem, soft and sure. In olive branches, tales are spun, its mission clear, yet wars are won.

In the starry night, my glow doth dance, guiding you gently, like an old romance. With a flicker, I usher the dark away, holding steadfast 'til the break of day.
